Alpina presents an extensive wine selection and is among the first in British Columbia to offer the exclusive Enomatic wine serving system. The Enomatic allows wine aficionados to choose between a selection of eight premium wines and order them in 2 or 5 ounce servings without compromising the taste, colour or aroma of the wine. The Enomatic guarantees these qualities are preserved by using argon gas, ensuring that air never reaches the wine, regardless of when the bottle was opened.
